OUTLOOK

* Key domestic share indices are likely to open flat amid tepid cues from overseas markets, and will trade in a thin band due to lack of local triggers and on renewed concerns over Eurozone's debt situation, dealers said.


GLOBAL STOCK MARKETS

* US: Stocks ended mixed on Tuesday after a choppy session as investors turned cautious after last week's upside, and as concerns over economic growth regained focus after Moody's Investor Service cut Portugal's credit rating to junk.

* ASIA: Key Asian markets were mixed in choppy trade, with financial shares losing ground mirroring the fall in US peers. Eurozone debt concerns persisted as Moody's Investor Service slashed Portugal's credit rating to junk.
